Are linens included in the vacation rental fees?

Yes, all vacation rentals have sheets for every bed as well as bath, hand and face towels, and kitchen linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Do you offer high speed internet or wireless?

All of our St Simons rental accommodations offer high speed internet access unless otherwise noted.

How much money is due and when?

A deposit equal to 50% of total reservation will be required at time of reservation. Rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Can you hold a place for me for a few days, a week, or until I decide?

Because our St Simons vacation rentals are unique we do not, as a rule, hold dates. We may be able to offer a 24 hour hold for you. Please contact our local office to make this type of request.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a $290 fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less cancellation fee and reservation fee, if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Do you offer pet friendly St Simons rentals?

A limited number of pet friendly accommodations are available. All pets must be approved in advance and a non-refundable pet fee is required at time of reservation.

I know that all of your accommodations are non-smoking, but can I smoke on the balcony, the patio, with the windows open?

No. All accommodations are strictly non-smoking.

Do you charge sales tax on rentals?

Yes. We are required by law to collect applicable sales taxes. This tax rate differs based on the length of your stay. Your reservationist can give you exact sales tax amounts.

What time is check in? What time is check out?

Check in is any time AFTER 4 PM and check out is no later than 10 AM. We will strive to meet special requests for late check out or early check in. Special exceptions can’t be confirmed until 48 hours prior to arrival. If you are expecting a late arrival please contact our office for after hours check in procedures.

Are the pools heated?

We do offer some accommodations with heated pools. For private residences, heating the pool is optional and there is a fee based on the pool size and length of stay. There is no additional fee for condominiums that offer heated community pools.

How far is the beach?

We have a variety of rental accommodations in different locations on St. Simons. A basic distance range is listed for each property on our website. For more specific information please contact our office.

Does the tide change effect beach access?

Depending on the location, some areas of St. Simons lose their beach at high tide. Fortunately there are always alternate beach access points.

Will there be a washer and dryer in your vacation rentals?

Yes. All of our accommodations have a washer and dryer available for your use.

Where will I park?

The number of available parking spaces will vary for each property. Please contact our office for more specific parking information. Boats, trailers, RVs, watercraft and campers are not allowed on any of our properties. Please contact our office for more information about off property parking for these types of vehicles.

No. Parties, social gatherings, student groups, or wedding events are not allowed at any of our rental properties.
